<p>Here I wanted to share with you guys my favorite method of making Indian curry chicken. This is one of the easy healthy recipes that I always prepare for my guests and customers.</p>
<p>Below you can find out exactly how I make this delicious yet easy dish:</p>
<p><strong>Ingredients</strong><br />
5 tablespoon oil<br />
2 cloves<br />
1 stick cinnamon<br />
3 green cardamom pods<br />
1 teaspoon cumin seeds<br />
1 big onion, roughly chopped<br />
1 inch ginger, roughly chopped<br />
4 cloves garlic, minced<br />
1/2 tsp chilli powder<br />
1 tablespoon tomato paste<br />
2 tablespoons curry powder<br />
1/2 teaspoon white sugar<br />
5 tablespoon cup coconut milk<br />
Chicken pieces<br />
salt to taste</p>
<p><strong>Preparation and Cooking Steps</strong></p>
<p>1. Pour in oil and heat it in a large pan. Add in the cloves, cardamom pods, cinnamon and cumin seeds and fry for about 15 seconds in the pan.</p>
<p>2. Add in chopped onion, ginger and minced garlic in pan and fry until becoming lightly golden in color.</p>
<p>3. Put in chili powder, tomato paste, curry powder, sugar and salt and Stir for 1 minute.</p>
<p>4. Add in coconut milk and chicken pieces. Reduce heat and cook for 30 minutes.</p>
<p>5. Ready to serve!</p>

Having healthy lunches is very important in providing us enough and positive energy to carry on our daily tasks. In this post, I&#8217;ll share with you one of the healthy lunch recipes that is in my most favorite list.</p>
<p>As many of us know salmon is highly nutritious and making salmon as your healthy lunch idea is a perfect choice. Basically, there are many kinds of easy salmon recipes like grilled salmon recipe, baked salmon recipes and so on. Since we are going to prepare a very easy lunch, I&#8217;ll show you how to make a salmon meal with just some simple ingredients like just lemon, salt and parsley.</p>
<p>Below is the easy healthy recipes for two.</p>
<p><strong>Ingredients</strong></p>
<p>1 teaspoon sunflower oil<br />
2 skinless and boneless salmon fillets<br />
200g spinach<br />
Some parsley , finely chopped<br />
2 lemon wedges<br />
Sea salt</p>
<p>Serves 2</p>
<p><strong>Preparation &amp; Cooking Steps:</strong></p>
<p>1. Season the salmons on both sides with parsley and sea salt.<br />
2. Pour some sunflower oil in the frying pan. Heat the pan to make the oil hot.<br />
3. Put the salmons in the pan and fry both sides until they turn golden color.<br />
4. Transfer the salmons into plates.<br />
5. Pour water in the pan and let the water boil.<br />
6. Put the spinach in the pan and cook for about 1 min.<br />
7. Transfer the spinach to the plates.<br />
8. Serve with lemon wedges.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Many people are looking for good weight watchers recipes. Did you know that Kimchi is one of the easy yet healthy recipes that many people are not aware of? I&#8217;ll show you my kimchi recipe below.</p>
<p>Korean people see Kimchi as their easy healthy meals everyday. Kimchi is so nutritious and you can even treat it as your healthy snack.</p>
<p>So, how to make kimchi? Let&#8217;s follow the recipe below and try to make it at home. It&#8217;s very simple!</p>
<p><strong>Ingredients</strong></p>
<p>2 Napa cabbage<br />
1/2 cups salt<br />
1 tablespoon fish sauce<br />
5 green onions, use the dark green part and chopped<br />
1/2 small white onion, minced<br />
2 cloves garlic, finely minced<br />
1 tablespoons white sugar<br />
1 teaspoon ground ginger<br />
1/2 cup Korean chili powder</p>
<p><strong>Preparation and Cooking Steps</strong></p>
<p>1. Cut the cabbages lengthwise in half and trim away the ends.</p>
<p>2. Rinse and cut into pieces about 2 inch square.</p>
<p>3.  Put the cabbages into a large container / bowl and rub the salt in to the leaves.</p>
<p>4. Cover the bowl and leave it at room temperature for about 5 hours.</p>
<p>5. Rinse the salt and drain the water.</p>
<p>6. Put the cabbages into the container again and rub (between cabbages leaves) with fish sauce, green onion, garlic, ginger, sugar and the Korean chili powder.</p>
<p>7. Cover and seal the container and leave it for ~3 days.</p>
<p>8. Put into refrigerator for 1 day and serve it!</p>
<p>Making Kimchi at home is really very easy. This is really one of my top easy healthy recipes and you should also include in your healthy foods list!</p>

<p>Basically, there are three major things you&#8217;ll need to prepare before starting. They are orange chicken sauce, ingredients and batter. Orange chicken sauce is vitally important when it comes to preparing orange chicken recipe as it plays an important role in improving the overall taste.</p>
<p>Here is the easy orange chicken recipe:</p>
<p><strong>Orange Chicken Sauce:    </strong><br />
1 cups water<br />
3 tablespoons orange juice<br />
1 teaspoon rice vinegar<br />
1 teaspoon Chinese wine<br />
4 teaspoon sugar<br />
1 tablespoon orange zest<br />
1 teaspoon soy sauce<br />
2 tablespoons cornstarch</p>
<p><strong>Ingredient:</strong><br />
2 boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces<br />
1 clove garlic (mince it)<br />
1 inch ginger (mince it)<br />
1/4 teaspoon salt<br />
1/8 teaspoon pepper<br />
3 teaspoons cooking oil</p>
<p><strong>Batter (to dip chicken and fry)</strong><br />
1/2 cup water<br />
5 tablespoon all-purpose flour<br />
2 tablespoon corn starch<br />
1/2 teaspoon baking soda<br />
1 teaspoon sesame oil<br />
small pinch of salt</p>
<p><strong>Preparation &amp; Cooking Steps:</strong></p>
<p>1. Mix the ingredients of the orange chicken sauce and prepare to use.</p>
<p>2. Mix the batter and dip the bite-size pieces of chicken into the batter mixture.</p>
<p>3. Heat up the frying pan. Once it&#8217;s hot, pour in good amount of oil to the frying pan.</p>
<p>4. Put the chicken pieces into the oil and fry them until they become golden in color.</p>
<p>5. Use tong / long chopsticks to take the chicken out and put on paper towel to soak up the oil.</p>
<p>6. Pour away the oil after frying.</p>
<p>7. Get the ingredient and orange chicken sauce ready.</p>
<p>8. Heat up the frying pan.</p>
<p>9. Add 3 teaspoons of cooking oil into the frying pan.</p>
<p>10. Add in the minced garlic and ginger and stir them until they becoming golden in color.</p>
<p>11. Put the chicken pieces into the pan and add in salt and pepper and fry.</p>
<p>12. Pour in the orange chicken sauce and stir until sticky.</p>
<p>13. Transfer the dish out to plate and prepare to serve!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you want to know <em><strong>how to make homemade pizza</strong></em>, then firstly, you should know the pizza dough recipes.</p>
<p>There are many easy pizza recipes which don&#8217;t require you to make homemade dough. But in my experience, making great homemade dough marks the starting of a great pizza.</p>
<p>Below you can find a very easy pizza recipe that tells you how to make your own dough and a great margherita pizza very easily.</p>
<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>
<p><em>Dough</em>:<br />
150g all-purpose flour<br />
1 packet of active dry yeast<br />
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil<br />
1 teaspoon of salt<br />
1 cup of warm water</p>
<p><em>Topping</em>:<br />
4 basil leaves, roughly cut<br />
2 ripe tomatoes, finely chopped into sauce-like tomato<br />
150g fresh mozzarella cheese (Mozzarella is made from water buffalo milk and highly nutritious), thinly sliced<br />
Salt and pepper</p>
<p><strong>(Serves 4)</strong></p>
<p><strong>Preparation &amp; Cooking Steps:</strong><br />
1. Put the flour into a large bowl.</p>
<p>2. Sprinkle the yeast into the flour.</p>
<p>3. Add the extra virgin olive oil and salt into the flour.</p>
<p>4. Add in warm water into the bowl. (The water can not be too hot or else it can kill the yeast)</p>
<p>5. Knead the mixture until it become a soft dough.</p>
<p>6. Transfer the dough to flat counter and knead it for about 10 to 15 minutes.</p>
<p>7. Put the dough into a bowl rubbed with olive oil, cover and let it rise for about 30 minutes. (The dough should grow big to doubled size)</p>
<p>8. Knead the dough to become a round ball.</p>
<p>9. Roll the dough into a pizza size circle. (Remove some dough if  the dough circle is too thick)</p>
<p>10. Preheat the oven to 450F.</p>
<p>11. Spread the tomato sauce onto the dough as topping.</p>
<p>12. Spread the mozzarella cheese and sprinkle some salt and pepper as well.</p>
<p>13. Put your pizza onto a baking stone and put into the oven to bake for 15 minutes at 450F.</p>
<p>14. When it&#8217;s done, sprinkle the pizza with basil leaves and some olive oil and your margherita pizza is ready to be served!</p>

<p>Bruschetta is one of the most  famous Italy recipes originated from as early as 15th century.</p>
<p>The original Bruschetta recipe is basically roasted bread rubbed with garlic and topped with extra-virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.</p>
<p>Different toppings like tomato, red pepper, beans, basil or cheese can be added for different tasting experiences.</p>
<p>Bruschetta tastes the best when it&#8217;s topped with very ripe tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil.</p>
<p>The preparation and cooking of homemade Bruchetta is simple and fast, so everyone should be able to know how to make Bruschetta and serve this delicious traditional Italian cuisine following the easy recipe below.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong>Ingredients</strong>:<br />
4 large and ripe tomatoes<br />
8 thick slices of country bread<br />
2 garlic cloves, peeled and halved<br />
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil<br />
8 fresh basil leaves and chopped<br />
Salt (preferably sea salt) and ground black pepper</p>
<p><strong>(Serves 4)</strong></p>
<p><strong>Preparation &amp; Cooking Steps:</strong><br />
Step 1) Chop the 4 large tomatoes and season with salt and black pepper.</p>
<p>Step 2) Roughtly cut the 2 cloves of garlic.</p>
<p>Step 3) Pan-grill the both side of the breads until they are lightly toasted. (Wih medium-high heat)</p>
<p>Step 4) Rub one side of each slice of bread with cut garlic and drizzle with the extra virgin olive oil.</p>
<p>Step 5) Spoon the seasoned tomatoes onto the top of each bread, drizzle with some more oilve oil and fresh basil leave.</p>
<p>Step 6) Serve them while the bruschettas are still hot.</p>
